Shipping Policy

Hmcle offers shipping options for customers purchasing vases and home décor products from our online store.

Our shipping options are:

Expedited Shipping: $8.99
Free Shipping: Free for orders of $49.00 and above
Standard Shipping: $5.99 for orders from $0.00 to $49.00

Shipping fees are calculated based on the order amount and shipping method selected at checkout. Orders of $49.00 and above qualify for Free Shipping. Orders from $0.00 to $49.00 are eligible for Standard Shipping at $5.99. Expedited Shipping is available for $8.99 when offered at checkout.

After an order is placed, we will process the order information, confirm payment, prepare the product, and arrange shipment. Processing time may vary depending on order volume, product availability, weekends, public holidays, and fulfillment conditions.

Once your order has shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if tracking is available. Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after the package is handed to the carrier. Tracking may not update immediately after the shipping label is created.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Hmcle is not responsible for delivery delays, failed delivery, returned packages, or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us immediately at service@Hmcle.com.

Because vases are fragile home décor products, we make reasonable efforts to ensure items are properly prepared for shipment. However, damage may occasionally occur during transit. If your item arrives damaged, contact us promptly with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue.

Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, customs procedures, weather, public holidays, local delivery disruptions, peak season volume, or circumstances outside our control. While we work to ship orders in a timely manner, Hmcle cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once a package is with the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check your mailbox, front door, building reception, parcel locker, neighbors, and local carrier office. If the package still cannot be located, contact us at service@Hmcle.com and we will assist where possible.
