Return Policy
Hmcle accepts eligible returns and refunds. We want customers to feel confident when shopping for home décor products from our store, and we aim to make the return process clear and fair.
If you would like to return an item, please contact us first at service@Hmcle.com. Include your order number, the email address used at checkout, the product you wish to return, and the reason for your return request. If the product arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please include clear photos for review.
Returned items should be unused, clean, complete, and in their original packaging whenever possible. For vases and fragile home décor items, customers should package the product carefully to prevent breakage during return shipping. Items returned damaged due to poor return packaging may not qualify for a full refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as a wrong item, defective item, or confirmed shipping damage. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping the return receipt until the return has been completed. Hmcle is not responsible for return packages lost in transit without proof of delivery.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email regarding whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method when possible. Please note that payment providers and banks may need additional time to complete the refund.
Original shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the return is caused by our mistake or a confirmed product issue. Expedited Shipping fees are generally not refundable once the expedited service has been used.
If your vase arrives broken or damaged, please contact us promptly at service@Hmcle.com. Include photos of the damaged product, inner packaging, outer packaging, and shipping label. Please do not discard the product or packaging until we have reviewed the issue.
Returns sent without contacting Hmcle first may cause delays or may not be accepted. To ensure proper processing, please always email us before sending any item back.
