What does Hmcle sell?
Hmcle sells decorative vases for home styling, floral arrangements, table decoration, shelf displays, entryway accents, and gift purposes. Our products are selected to suit different interior styles, including modern, classic, farmhouse, vintage, rustic, minimalist, and artistic home décor.
Are the vases only for fresh flowers?
Many Hmcle vases can be used for fresh flowers, dried flowers, artificial flowers, or as standalone decorative pieces. Please review the product description carefully before purchase, as some vase styles may be better suited for dry arrangements or decorative display only depending on material, finish, and design.
How do I place an order?
You can place an order directly through our online store. Select the vase or product you want, choose any available options such as size, color, or style if applicable, add it to your cart, and complete checkout. Before submitting your order, please carefully review your shipping address, email address, selected products, quantities, and shipping method.
What are the shipping fees?
Hmcle offers the following shipping options:
Expedited Shipping: $8.99
Free Shipping: Free for orders of $49.00 and above
Standard Shipping: $5.99 for orders from $0.00 to $49.00
Shipping fees are calculated according to the order amount and available shipping method at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free Shipping is available for orders of $49.00 and above. For orders from $0.00 to $49.00, Standard Shipping is $5.99. Customers may also choose Expedited Shipping for $8.99 if available at checkout.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at service@Hmcle.com. We will try to help if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once the package has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
What should I do if my vase arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at service@Hmcle.com. Include your order number, photos of the damaged vase, photos of the packaging, and a photo of the shipping label. Please do not throw away the packaging before contacting us, as it may be needed for review.
Do you accept returns and refunds?
Yes. Hmcle accepts eligible returns and refunds. Items must be returned to the designated return address: CharlottenstraBe10, 10117, Germany. Please contact us before sending any return so we can provide instructions and confirm eligibility.
Can I return a product without contacting customer service first?
We strongly recommend contacting us before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior communication may be delayed, refused, or difficult to match with your order. Please email service@Hmcle.com with your order number and return reason before shipping the product back.
